Monday morning recap 09/25-10/01

Did a lot of great work last week, but blew off some basics, like sticking with the Pomodore Technique  EVERY time I sat down to work, going to bed way later than the 9:30-10:00 p.m. that had become my regular zonk time, going through my morning routine.

And I felt it.  The days didn’t feel right.  I do better, AM better when I follow & build on more structure – it’s in my wheelhouse,” just not yet embedded in habit.

Yes, you CAN teach a young old dog new tricks!

My early a.m. routine – –

>   Starts at night, getting to bed between 9:30 & 10:00 p.m., after posting the day’s All Ages, All Stages night capper & writing the next day’s affirmations.

>   bRRRRIIIIINNNNGGGGGG!  The alarm goes off at 5:15 a.m., my best time to rise & shine.

>   Greet the new day with a “Welcome, World!” to the backyard.

>   Do my Namastes.

>   Take a walk around the block.

>   Say my affirmations out loud  –  with heart.

>   Set the itty bitty alarm for 25 minutes, then start my journaling.

Onward & every upward  ~  65 & risin’ strong!
